Reklaim Life is an iPhone app that pauses the apps you choose after a set amount of use, so your eyes rest or you take a short walk. This page explains what the app collects, what it never sees, and how to remove your data.

What stays on your phone

• Which apps you choose to pause. Apple's Screen Time system stores your selection as anonymous tokens. Reklaim Life cannot read the names of the apps you pick, and this selection never leaves your device.
• How long you use those apps. Apple counts this on the device and only tells the app when your chosen limit is reached. The app never receives your usage history.
• Your settings. Break interval, break length, schedules, and preferences are stored on the phone.
• Your steps during a walk break. With your permission, the app reads step counts from the phone's motion sensor to know when a walk break is complete. Step counts for a break are not shared with anyone.

What we collect when you sign in

Signing in is optional for most features. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store:

• Your email address (or Apple's private relay address), used to identify your account.
• Daily totals: how many breaks you took, seconds rested, and steps walked per day, so your progress can appear on any device you sign in on.
• Your break settings and the number of override packs you have bought, so they can be restored.

This data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in the United States, and is protected so that only your account can read it.

What we never collect

• The names of the apps you pause, or what you do inside them.
• Your location.
• Your contacts, photos, or messages.
• Advertising identifiers. The app has no ads and no tracking.

Purchases

Override packs are bought through Apple's in‑app purchase system. Apple handles payment; we never see your card details. We record only how many packs you have bought.

Notifications

With your permission, the app sends local notifications when a break starts or ends. These are generated on your phone and involve no server.

Deleting your data

Sign out and delete the app to remove everything stored on the phone. To delete your account and the synced totals on our servers, email hello@reklaim.life from the address you signed in with, and we will remove it within 30 days.

Children

Reklaim Life is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it and the new version will be published here.
